Passport issuance for an applicant with Palestinian Identity Card

First-time Issue:

  • Fill out the attached form. Passport Renewal (For minors, we require a signed letter from the father.)
  • Copy of Palestinian identity card.
  • Copy of birth certificate.
  • Canadian identification.
  • 4 personal photos 4*6 cm with blue background. One photo must be stamped onto the first page of the Passport Renewal application. (Photography studio, date picture was taken and name should be written on the back of one of the pictures.)
  • Certified proof of profession or confirmation of enrollment in school.
  • Fees: CAD $120 in form of a money order made out to the Palestinian General Delegation.
  • In person at the Palestinian General Delegation in Ottawa by scheduling an appointment.

The application can be submitted:

  • • In person at the Palestinian General Delegation in Ottawa by scheduling an appointment.
  • By scheduling an appointment with one of our approved signers then sending it by mail.
  • Documents sent by mail must be signed in front of and notarized by one of our approved notaries. Any paper notarized by someone outside the list will need to be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ottawa.
The issued passport must be collected in person by the applicant.

Renewal of passport for an applicant with Palestinian Identity Card

  • Current/expired passport.
  • Fees: CAD $120 in form of a money order made out to the Palestinian General Delegation.

*A pre-paid registered return envelope must be included. (Keep the tracking number for reference.)
